I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were smaller than expected but turned out to be perfect. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially the minibar attendants. The location was great, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The morning dining experience was good, but I wish there were more options. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its perfect location on Istiklal Street where no cars are allowed to enter, close to the most attractive places. The service was incredibly helpful and supportive, always ready to assist. Although the rooms weren't fully up to the standards at our arrival, they were improved till the end of our stay, offering a comfortable experience overall.
