the hotel has a good location on the main street, istiklal.

The air conditioning was not working properly. we had to switch rooms three times because of the heat, and none of the rooms had functioning a/c. also, the bathroom doors didn't close fully. It was a very odd design.

The location is amazing , really close to everything I wanted to see. The metro is also just a minute away , it is very convenient. The staff , especially Mohammed-Mešo and Akin , are friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady is also very sweet and nice , I think they are amazing.

The room I was in felt basic , it was also very small. The facilities felt outdated , I think they need to be updated. The complimentary coffee at breakfast tasted really bad , it almost had no coffee taste.

my room, a standard double room, was fine. it had two twin beds pushed together and a small desk. the bosphorus view was partially visible from my window and was pretty cool. the rooftop restaurant provided a nice view of the city while i eat a great breakfast. the staff were very friendly and quick in providing what i asked.

i had issue with the noise at night. it was from the street below and kept me up.

I really enjoyed having breakfast on the top floor. The views WERE very nice. The staff responded quickly, helping with every request I made. The location proved convenient. The hotel offered easy access to shops and restaurants. The metro being right in front provided unmatched convenience for getting around.

The street noise at night made it a little hard to fall asleep at times.
